"Awful customer service - the most incompetent and inefficient I've ever experienced from an insurance company. From day one, I had to call them constantly about correcting my bill and they never could get it right. On top of that, they increased my rate for no apparent reason. My relationship with State Farm was very short lived and I will never - ever - again use them."
